The ER committee has agreed to help ER fencers financially to attend the course (see below for details) and pass L2 coaching.
We have allocated a sump of up to £600.00 to be divided by applicants up to a max of 50% of the course fee PP.
The application form will shortly be put on the ER website.

Please feel free to pass on to ER registered fencers in your club who are going on the course or are interested in doing so.

HFA Senior Team Event 3rd June

Not many entries on Allentries so far ! Please get you entries in asap.

Also don’t forget the competition will be preceded by the AGM and we are still looking for some offices to be filled. If you want to get involved please get in touch.

Hertfordshire Fencing Association Committee

At the AGM last year Renata Rybczyk-Savage indicated her intention to stand down as Chair this year. Renata has now confirmed this and therefore this position will become vacant on 3rd June. Simon Carauna has also stood down as Safeguarding Officer and this role is also therefore vacant. There is also a vacancy for Junior Events Officer. In order for HFA to continue these offices will need to be filled at the AGM on 3rd June. Please consider taking up an office at HFA so that we can continue to support fencing in Hertfordshire.

There is always a need for assistance in running competitions such as setting up and taking down the pistes, running DT, check-in, refereeing, armoury etc etc. So please get in touch if you can help out in any other area. If you are unfamiliar with any of these activities there is plenty of help available.

Many thanks from the Committee
